QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP:

A.  ACTIVE -  An Active member in good standing is one who is currently
                     employed in providing activities in nursing homes, retirement
                     homes, senior centers, adult day cares or assisted living.

Or

  An active member in good standing who is employed as a
  activity consultant and/or educators in the field of activities
  whose is the geriatric population AND having had a minimum
  of one (1) year’s experience in providing activities programming.

B.  ASSOCIATE -  An Associate member in good standing is one not meeting
                             the criteria for active memberships but having an interest
                             in or being supportive of the activity profession.

C.  Membership is not transferable or assignable.

WHO SHOULD JOIN:

Anyone who is currently employed in providing activities in Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes, Senior centers or Adult Day Cares

OR

Anyone employed as activity consultants/educators in the field of activities whose primary employment focus is the geriatric population.
